In 1982, Frank Cue Garcia and Mario Lopez Reinante partnered with Andrés, Guillermo and Marcos Calzadilla to establish Continental Construction Corp. For over a decade, Cué, López, and the Calzadilla brothers worked together on projects totaling more than $273,000,000.
In 1994, after many years of success, Frank and Mario joined forces with their sons to create Cué & López Contractors, Inc. Under this new name, the company served as general contractors and developers for projects totaling in excess of $311,000,000.
In 2006, the company was re-launched as Cué & López Construction, Inc. Since then, this family-operated enterprise has gone on to amass an ever-expanding portfolio of notable projects.
Now known as C&L Group LLC, the Cué and López legacy continues to grow strong and pride itself on its competitive prices and excellent client-builder relationships. C&L Group is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the same organization that honored Cué and López with a Contractor of the Year Award for their work on Hillsview Plaza in Guaynabo.
Throughout the years, Cué and López's joint construction efforts have yielded some of Puerto Rico's most iconic structures.
